In order to meet the legal requirements of privacy consent in a user-friendly as well as legally secure manner, innovative consent management systems are necessary. Against this background the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protectioncommissioned the study “Innovative Privacy Consent Management”, which analyzes already existing models of consent management and develops new solutions for legally compliant and user-friendly consent in the online area.

Until March 2020 ConPolicy conducts the study in cooperation with Prof Dr Gerald Spindler. Methodologically the study is based on a literature review, online survey, expert workshopand the development and evaluationof best-practice solutions.
