Charlotte Quilain

Charlotte Quilain works as an administrative and financial manager at ConPolicy and supports the team in a variety of operational and strategic tasks. Her main areas of responsibility include controlling, financial planning and personnel administration. She ensures efficient resource and capacity planning and makes a significant contribution to the further development of internal IT processes.

She has extensive experience in the areas of finance and controlling which she acquired from various international companies in France and Germany. Most recently, she worked as a financial manager at the energy consultancy SEnerCon GmbH. She enjoys a fair and sustainable organization of everyday office and work life which she achieves through the implementation of clear processes and use of modern tools.

Charlotte grew up in France and has been living in Berlin since 2015. She holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Strategy from Sciences Po Paris and a Master’s degree in Environmental Management from two technical universities in China and Europe (Tsinghua University and Mines Paristech). She is trilingual (FR, DE, EN).
