If you wish to receive our ConPolicy newsletter we need your e-mail address in order to send the newsletter. Potentially we enrich your data with information from public sources (your name) for a better personalization of the newsletter. We store these data and use them exclusively for the provision of our newsletter. We do not pass these data on to third parties.

For the provision of our newsletter, we use the so called “double opt-in” procedure. After having registered via our newsletter-site, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In order to complete your registration, you have to confirm this email. By doing so, we prevent abuse and validate that the registration is actually done by the owner of the email address.

The legal basis for our processing of data are: a) in case of the e-mail address Art- 6 (1) (b) GDPR and b) in case of the enrichment with publicly available data Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our interest is the standardization of our newsletter service.
