For many years, ConPolicy has also been accompanying different organizations with department- or team workshops supporting them to delve into important topics outside the day-to-day business and with special methods.
As the need to develop your own organization or team and adapt it to changing circumstances does not spare actors in the political and public sphere, we have now expanded our workshop program. Developing a vision for one's own actions, sharpening existing processes and developing new ones or retrospectively learning from projects and work phases are just three possible topics from the ConPolicy Workshop program.
