Changes in the daily work at ConPolicy
According to German Chancellor Angela Merkel the spread of the coronavirus and, above all, the speed of events represents "the greatest challenge since the Second World War". The staff at ConPolicy are aware of their responsibility as an institute as well as private individuals. That is why we have been working in our home office for a week now and have adapted our daily work routine to the situation. The aim of this measure is to flatten the infection curve as much as possible. Through daily virtual meetings, we at ConPolicy ensure that no friction arises in our internal cooperation. Also, the exchange with colleagues is of utmost importance, especially in times of domestic isolation.
All employees can still be reached by telephone and e-mail using the familiar contact details. Our projects are also continuing as planned.
Virtual work and events - ConPolicy goes ahead and shares experiences
Due to the prevention measures planned events and workshops can no longer be held on site. But there are opportunities in every crisis: Rather than cancelling meetings and workshops, why not try out virtual meeting formats! As part of our project work, we therefore develop and implement new formats for conducting workshops, meetings and even focus groups online. After conducting several such meetings, we are surprise how well they work if they are properly prepared and innovative formats are used!
