Knowledge transfer in consumer protectionConception and moderation of training workshops for the Consumer Advice Centers

Project period:
since 2013

Client:
Federation of German Consumer Organizations (vzbv)

What is changing in the area of financial services? Who is eligible for a basic bank account? What needs to be considered for digital consumer protection?

Consultants from the Consumer Advice Centers are confronted daily with these and other questions. ConPolicy designs and moderates training seminars around the topics of financial services and digitalization on behalf of the Federation of German Consumer Organisations (vzbv). As part of two-day workshops, ConPolicy, together with experts in the relevant topics, ensures that the consultants of the consumer advice centers are always up-to-date with the new legislation and latest case law. For this, we combine methods such as lectures, short summaries, exercises and many more in order to enable an optimal knowledge transfer into practice.
