Multi-stakeholder process facilitation and moderation on behalf of the Forum for Sustainable Palm OilEvents of the Forum for Sustainable Palm Oil

Palm oil can be found in a wide variety of products: animal feed, food, cosmetics and chemical products. Demand for palm oil has soared in recent years. However, the cultivation of palm oil is partly accompanied by devastating effects on people and nature. The Forum for Sustainable Palm Oil has therefore set the goal of significantly increasing the proportion of certified sustainable palm oil in Germany. This is part of a multi-stakeholder process involving government, business and civil society.
