Florian Franke works as a project manager at ConPolicy and is responsible for consulting projects and studies in the areas of consumer policy, consumer policy instruments and behavioral insights. His main areas of expertise include individual climate adaptation and digitalization.
Florian Franke has in-depth expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods and data analysis. He has extensive experience in scientific policy consulting, project management, the organisation of participatory formats and strategic policy and communication consulting. In his professional career to date, he has worked for a research institute, a tech start-up, a transmission system operator and a public affairs agency, among others.
Florian Franke studied sociology and political science at the University of Potsdam, where he completed his bachelor's degree as the best student of his year. As part of his successfully completed master's degree in political science, a scholarship enabled him to attend a summer school on EU energy policy at Masaryk University in Brno. In his Master's thesis, he focused on policy congruence between the population and candidates in the 2021 German Federal elections.
