In its function as the central point of contact, the German Federal Office of Justice is responsible for publishing the report on consumer dispute settlement on 9 July 2018 and every four years thereafter and for submitting it to the European Commission. This report is based on its activity reports, the evaluation reports of the consumer dispute settlement boards as well as the analyses of the evaluation reports delivered by the relevent federal ministries.
