The Partnership for Sustainable Textiles aims to continuously improve sustainability along the entire textile value chain. In particular, improvements should be achieved in the areas of chemicals and environmental management, natural fibers as well as social standards and living wages. On the one hand, all members assume individual responsibility by setting goals and implementing measures. On the other hand, the Partnership also promotes the collective responsibility of their members within the limits of Partnership initiatives together with collaborative learning.
The German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) has commissioned ConPolicy to develop a workable concept that measures the individual and collective effects of the Partnership.
